TSM Technology specializes in manufacturing Inconel 625 Seamless Tube with exceptional structural integrity and corrosion resistance. Our Inconel 625 seamless tubes are manufactured using the cold-drawing or cold-rolling process, ensuring a superior grain structure and dimensional accuracy. Conforming to international standards, each tube undergoes rigorous NDT (eddy current, ultrasonic) and hydrostatic testing. Inconel 625 seamless pipes are manufactured without weld seams, offering superior mechanical strength and enhanced pressure resistance compared to welded pipes.
We have a sophisticated production site (50,000㎡) with more than 100 precise equipment and a capacity of 100-200 tons per month for manufacture of tubes to ASTM B444 and ASME SB444 specifications. Our products have a tensile strength of more than 827 MPa and a yield strength of more than 414 MPa, which guarantees consistent operation in high temperatures from cryogenic to 982°C. Each tube is subjected to rigorous testing including hydrostatic testing at 10,000+ PSI and ultrasonic examination.

Inconel 625 seamless tube is a high-performance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy tube manufactured according to ASTM B444 standard. It offers outstanding corrosion resistance, high temperature strength, and excellent mechanical properties, making it ideal for aerospace, marine, oil & gas, and chemical processing applications. Our seamless tubes are manufactured from nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy UNS N06625, stabilized with niobium to boost strength properties.
Inconel Alloy 625 Commonly called: Inconel 625, Alloy 625, Nickel 625, Chronin 625, Altemp 625, Nickelvac 625, Haynes 625, Nicrofer6020, INCONEL nickel-chromium alloy 625 (UNS N06625/W.Nr. 2.4856). Its typical chemical composition consists of approximately 58% nickel, 20–23% chromium, and 8–10% molybdenum. This well-balanced combination provides exceptional resistance to oxidation, carburization, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. As a result, it is highly suitable for use in harsh and corrosive industrial conditions. The alloy performs reliably across a wide temperature range, from extremely low temperatures up to about 1800°F (982°C). Its strength primarily comes from solid-solution strengthening, where molybdenum and niobium enhance the rigidity of the nickel-chromium matrix, eliminating the need for precipitation hardening treatments. This composition also ensures excellent resistance to severe chemical environments and high-temperature degradation.
The high nickel content (58% min) combined with chromium provides immunity to stress corrosion cracking. Your tubes remain intact even in high-chloride seawater environments.
Molybdenum and niobium additions create superior fatigue strength. The tubes maintain mechanical properties under cyclic thermal loading.
No welded seams mean no thermal vulnerabilities. You get uniform strength throughout the entire tube structure.
Reliable operation from cryogenic temperatures up to 982° C. It has exceptional toughness and impact strength over this whole range.
Excellent weldability allows easy integration with other alloys. Often used as filler metal for dissimilar metal joining.

Production and Processing Technology
TSM Technology innovation utilizes advanced manufacturing methods to create high-quality consistent channels. Our 50,000㎡ manufacturing facility is equipped with more than 100 precision machines. devoted to combination processing. We use vacuum induction melting (VIM) followed by vacuum arc remelting (VAR) to achieve a homogeneous chemical composition. The consistent pipe generation includes hot-penetrating and pilgering processes, guaranteeing uniform wall thickness and a high surface finish.
Hot extrusion & cold drawing seamless process
Precise OD tolerance up to ±0.05mm
Lengths up to 15 meters (custom spools available)
Pickling, bright annealing, or polished surface finishes
100% PMI (Positive Material Identification) verified

Our manufacturing process ensures superior quality:
Step 1: Raw Material Selection
We source high-purity Inconel 625 from qualified suppliers. Positive Material Identification (PMI) verifies the exact Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb ratio.
Step 2: Billet Preparation
Alloy billets are heated to precise forging temperatures in controlled atmosphere furnaces.
Step 3: Hot Extrusion or Rotary Piercing
The heated billet passes through mandrels to create seamless tubes. This eliminates weld seams entirely.
Step 4: Cold Drawing
Multiple passes through precision dies achieve exact dimensions. Tight tolerances ensure dimensional accuracy within ±0.05mm.
Step 5: Heat Treatment
· Grade 1: Annealed at lower temperatures for higher tensile strength
· Grade 2: Solution annealed at higher temperatures for optimized creep-rupture strength above 650°C
Step 6: Surface Finishing
The stated surface finish is obtained via bright annealing, pickling or polishing This makes it more resistant to corrosion and better looking.
Step 7: Straightening and Cutting
Precision machinery cuts tubes to your exact lengths, retaining straightness tolerances.

The quality assurance is aimed at both the dimensional accuracy and the metallurgical soundness:
Positive Material Identification (PMI) confirms the exact alloy composition matches UNS N06625 specifications.
Hydrostatic Testing at pressures exceeding 10,000 PSI ensures complete wall integrity. No leaks, no compromises.
· Ultrasonic Testing (UT) detects internal laminations
· Eddy Current Testing identifies subsurface flaws invisible to the eye
Intergranular Corrosion Testing (ASTM G28) confirms resistance to oxidizing environments. Essential for chemical processing applications.
· Hardness Testing verifies proper heat treatment
