TSM Technology is providing excellent Alloy 625 Plate (UNS N06625) with a strong manufacturing capacity of 300 Tons per Month. We can produce plates in accordance with the standards ASTM B443/B444 and EN from 0.5 to 50 mm thickness and up to 2500 mm width. This alloy is used in aerospace, subsea oil & gas and chemical processing industries because of its outstanding resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and high temperature oxidation to 982°C. TSM provides precise customisation and rapid delivery (5-20 days) with AS9100D, ISO 9001 and complete MTC traceability.
The product is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium superalloy reinforced by solid solution. It has been recognized for its outstanding mechanical strength and corrosion resistance in cryogenic environments to 982°C. Instead of precipitation hardening, it is heat treated and reinforced by additions of molybdenum and niobium. It resists high temperature oxidation, sour gas pitting and chloride ion stress corrosion cracking and so overcomes the critical shortcomings in marine, aeronautical and chemical applications where stainless steels fail.

TSM Technology guarantees strict adherence to ASTM B443, ASTM B444, ASME SB-443 and EN 2.4856 standards in the production of Alloy 625 Plate. The standards include dimensional tolerances, chemical composition and mechanical properties for use in aerospace, chemical and marine applications.
· Excellent corrosion resistance: No corrosion cracking and pitting in sour gas and salt water owing to chloride stress.
· High Temperature Stability: It will always work without oxidation or creep failure up to 982°C.
· Solid-solution strengthening enables the retention of ductility and weldability without the need for precipitation hardening.
· Fatigue Resistance: Great for aviation exhaust systems subjected to cyclic mechanical and thermal demands.
· Wide Temperature Range: Maintains durability from extremely high to cryogenic temperatures.
Three vital industrial areas are served by the product:
· Thrust reversers, fuel lines, and engine exhaust systems all need creep-rupture strength in the aerospace and defense industries.
· Heat exchangers, flare stacks, and sour gas equipment resistant to H2S and saltwater corrosion are examples of oil and gas (subsea).
· Chemical processing involves using reaction vessels, distillation columns, and bubble caps to handle vinyl chloride monomer and phosphoric acid while preventing intergranular corrosion.
TSM has a state-of-the-art 60,000 square foot facility with more than 100 precision machinery. Vacuum induction melting, hot/cold rolling, solution annealing, and CNC machining are all part of our full-process capabilities. Advanced rolling mills and computerized quality checkpoints provide better surface finishes and tight dimensional tolerances. Every Alloy 625 Plate meets precise customer requirements via customized cutting, polishing, and heat treatment, guaranteeing optimal performance in demanding applications.
