TSM Technology is providing excellent Alloy 625 Plate (UNS N06625) with a strong manufacturing capacity of 300 Tons per Month. We can produce plates in accordance with the standards ASTM B443/B444 and EN from 0.5 to 50 mm thickness and up to 2500 mm width. This alloy is used in aerospace, subsea oil & gas and chemical processing industries because of its outstanding resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and high temperature oxidation to 982°C. What are the Alloy 625 Plate?

The product is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium superalloy reinforced by solid solution. It has been recognized for its outstanding mechanical strength and corrosion resistance in cryogenic environments to 982°C. Instead of precipitation hardening, it is heat treated and reinforced by additions of molybdenum and niobium. It resists high temperature oxidation, sour gas pitting and chloride ion stress corrosion cracking and so overcomes the critical shortcomings in marine, aeronautical and chemical applications where stainless steels fail.
