Hastelloy C276 Fasteners are available at TSM Technology with excellent chemical resistance. Our bolts, nuts and screws have minimum 790 MPa tensile strength and 355 MPa minimum yield strength. They are 57% nickel, 16% molybdenum, 16% chromium and 4% tungsten. These fasteners with size range of M2.5 – M32, length of 1 – 1990mm and delivery duration of 10 – 25 days minimize premature failure in chloride rich settings, acid and sour gas situations where typical stainless steels fail. Constructed with complete traceability in our 60,000 square foot AS9100D certified factory.
Hastelloy C276 Fasteners are high performance components and include bolts, nuts, screws and washcloths. They address key failures in harsh chemical environments where typical materials are subject to pitting and stress corrosion cracking. These fasteners save expensive shutdowns in waste treatment and petrochemical processes exposed to ferric chlorides, hot contaminated media and chlorine gas.
Hastelloy C276 fastener supply types include: standard bolts, nuts, screws, washers and customized parts, suitable for high temperature and corrosion resistant occasions.

Our fasteners guarantee dimensional precision and metallurgical integrity by adhering to ASTM F467 and ASTM B574 (rod stock). We ensure conformity with international standards by adhering to ASME B18.2.1 and B18.2.2 for thread specifications.
Superior resistance to oxidizing and reducing environments is provided by these fasteners. In situations with moist chlorine gas, the inclusion of tungsten improves pitting resistance. Intergranular corrosion in welded junctions is prevented by low carbon concentration. You get unparalleled durability in hot polluted organic and inorganic media and outstanding stability in sour gas situations.
Hastelloy C276 Fasteners are effective in sour gas environments, chemical processing facilities, waste treatment facilities, and pollution control equipment. You may rely on them to protect reactors, heat exchangers, and scrubbers when corrosion from chloride threatens structural integrity and operational safety.
Chemical Processing: Suitable for reactors, heat exchangers, and piping systems handling aggressive chemicals.
Marine & Offshore: Used in seawater applications, offshore platforms, and marine environments.
Energy Sector: Essential in nuclear and thermal power plants for heat resistance.
Aerospace & Defense: Employed in high-stress environments requiring extreme material durability.
TSM Technology runs a 60,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility with more than 100 precision equipment. Forging, machining, and heat treatment are all included in our full-process competence. We maintain excellent surface finishes and strict tolerances. With the support of cutting-edge quality assurance procedures, our AS9100D accreditation guaranties aerospace-grade accuracy in each batch of fasteners.

To confirm alloy chemistry, we perform Positive Material Identification (PMI) utilizing XRF and OES. Heat-treatment integrity is verified by ASTM G28 Intergranular Corrosion Tests. Tensile, yield, and elongation verification are examples of mechanical testing. ASME B18.2.1/B18.2.2 standards are followed in dimensional inspection. Non-destructive testing (UT, DPI) ensures crack-free performance under stress by identifying internal and external defects.

Q1: Why are products better than Stainless Steel 316?
A: C276 resists pitting and SCC far better in acidic and chloride rich environments while 316 fails within weeks.
Q2: Can these fasteners be used at temperatures above 1000°F?
A: C276 is robust but mostly used for resisting water corrosion. It may be that high temperature oxidation would be preferable for Inconel 600 alloys.
Q3. Do I need to use special lubricants when installing products?
A: When torquing, it is recommended to use premium anti-seize chemicals to prevent galling (cold welding).
Q4: Are these fasteners compliant with NACE MR0175?
A: Our products are approved for use in sour oilfield conditions regularly.
Q5: How does the fastener gain from the presence of tungsten?
A: In very harsh conditions, such as those with wet chlorine gas, the tungsten presence increases the alloy's resistance to pitting.
