TSM Technology is a manufacturer of premium 718 Sheet (Inconel 718, UNS N07718) for harsh situations requiring exceptional corrosion and temperature resistance from cryogenic to 704°C. Our 60,000㎡ facility with 8 manufacturing lines and 100+ precision machines supplies tight-tolerance sheets in thicknesses 0.5-50mm, hot-rolled, cold-rolled or annealed to ASTM B670, ASME SB670 and AMS 5596. This precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy is known for excellent high-temperature creep rupture and stress corrosion cracking resistance, as well as excellent weldability. The product is well suited for aerospace turbines, power generation and complex fabricated assemblies where structural integrity is required.
The product is a high-strength, precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium superalloy for use demanding great corrosion resistance and harsh temperatures. It addresses essential industrial problems, including high-temperature creep rupture and stress-corrosion cracking. It differs from other superalloys in that it is good in weldability as it resists post-weld age cracking. It is the material of choice for complicated manufactured aerospace and power generation components where structural integrity is of the utmost importance.

TSM Technology’s contemporary 60,000㎡ plant enables integration of whole process manufacturing. Ultra pure ingot casting is done via vacuum induction melting (VIM) and vacuum arc remelting (VAR). We have more than 100 equipment of accuracy, including as multi-pass hot rolling mills, cold rolling units and controlled environment annealing furnaces. The product is solution treated at 954–982°C followed by precipitation hardening at 718°C to get optimum mechanical characteristics. Custom measurements with ±0.05 mm accuracy are produced using advanced CNC cutting, sandblasting and surface finishing lines.

At TSM Technology, we maintain rigorous quality control:

Q1: Is the product weldable in the aged condition?
A: While possible, we recommend welding the product in the annealed or solution-treated condition to prevent cracking, followed by post-weld heat treatment.
Q2: How does our product compare to 625 sheet?
A: The product is age-hardenable and offers significantly higher yield and tensile strength than 625, which is solid-solution strengthened.
Q3: What is the typical lead time for AMS 5596 certified product?
A: Depending on thickness, stock availability ranges from immediate to 12–16 weeks for custom mill runs.
Q4: Does product require vacuum heat treatment?
A: Yes, vacuum or inert gas atmosphere heat treatment is preferred to avoid depleted zones or oxidation layers.
Q5: Can product be used in hydrofluoric acid environments?
A: It shows good resistance, but specific corrosion rate testing is advised based on concentration and temperature variables.
Q6: What surface finishes are available for the product?
A: We provide hot-rolled, cold-rolled, annealed, sandblasted, and anodized finishes per your specifications.
