Product Description

Alloy 625 Fasteners – High-Performance Corrosion-Resistant Solutions for Critical Industrial Applications

Alloy 625 Fasteners are nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloy components that offer excellent strength and corrosion resistance under the most severe situations. These fasteners are made to ASTM F468 and ASTM F593 and have a tensile strength of 120 ksi (827 MPa) and a yield strength of 60 ksi (414 MPa). TSM Technology sizes from M3 to M72 with a production capacity of 200,000 parts per month for aerospace, marine and chemical processing. Our fasteners can endure temperatures ranging from cryogenic to 1800°F (982°C) to eliminate stress corrosion cracking and pitting failures where conventional materials have failed.

Alloy 625 Fasteners supply type

What are the Alloy 625 Fasteners?

Our product (UNS N06625) are high performance hardware items made from nickel chromium molybdenum superalloy. They solve critical issues such as stress corrosion cracking induced by chloride, pitting, and crevice corrosion failures typical in regular stainless steel fasteners.

The fasteners maintain their structural integrity across a broad temperature range. Proven in subsea, aerospace and chemical processing sectors where downtime is not an option.

Production and Processing Technology

Our manufacturing process covers the key stages required for nickel alloy fasteners and precision components.

Raw Material Selection

Nickel alloy billets and raw materials are sourced from qualified suppliers and verified for chemical composition and material traceability before production.

Hot Forging & Cold Heading

Hot forging forms components with controlled dimensions and a uniform grain structure. Cold heading is applied to suitable fastener designs for efficient forming and dimensional consistency.

Heat Treatment

Controlled heat treatment is performed according to the material grade and product requirements to achieve the specified mechanical properties and structural stability.

Thread Rolling

Precision thread rolling creates consistent thread profiles and smooth thread surfaces, while providing improved fatigue performance compared with conventional cut threads.

CNC Machining

CNC machining enables the production of customized dimensions, complex geometries, precision features, and secondary machining requirements.

Surface Finishing

Surface treatment options include bright, matte, and other finishes selected according to product specifications and application requirements.

Production and Processing Technology

Quality Inspection

TSM follows rigorous testing protocols per ASTM F467 and B160/B166:

  • Chemical Composition Analysis:OES and XRF verify alloy composition meets specifications.
  • Mechanical Testing:Tensile, proof load, hardness, and shear tests confirm strength requirements.
  • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):PT, UT for large bolts, and MT for ferromagnetic grades detect surface and internal defects.
  • Dimensional Inspection:Thread gauges, head size, and length measurements ensure precise tolerances.
  • Stress-Corrosion Testing:Critical for sour-service and aerospace applications to prevent hydrogen embrittlement.
